신(新)종교사무조례

시진핑 주석이 촉진한 종교 관련 정책의 법체제 일환으로, 2017년 8월 26일 최종 의결되어 2018년 2월 1일부로 시행된 종교에 대한 새로운 법규이다. 여러 유사한 조치들과 더불어 신종교사무조례는 레드마켓에 속한 합법적 종교 단체들의 활동을 제약하고, 그레이마켓의 근절을 맹세하며, 블랙마켓에 대한 가차없는 추가 엄중 단속을 펼칠 것을 선포한다.
